If you use our solar quote tool and submit an enquiry, we receive details about your property and the system you're interested in alongside your contact details. This helps us provide a more accurate quote.

• Completed jobs: 6 years from completion, in line with legal, tax and warranty obligations.
• MCS certification records: Retained for the period required by MCS scheme rules.

• Our email provider — your enquiry is sent to us via standard business email services.
• Airtable — we use Airtable (a GDPR-compliant cloud database) to store survey and inspection records for completed jobs.
• MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) — for solar and battery installations, we are required to register installations with MCS, which involves submitting your name and address.
• Building control / local authority — where required by law for certain notifiable electrical works.
• Subcontractors — where we use trusted subcontractors, we share only the minimum data necessary. All subcontractors are required to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR.

We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.
